Hours of Building Operation
International Trade Center is staffed to provide full property services during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. During this time, the building's engineering staff are on site to perform maintenance and other necessary services. Security is on site 24 hours a day to monitor and patrol the facility and property.
Heating & Air Conditioning
Heating and air conditioning will be provided during normal hours of operation, which is from 7am-6pm (Monday - Friday). All scheduled after hours heating and/or air conditioning requests can be activated by the following means: 1) calling the Corporate Workplace Helpline at (800) 698-4400 and placing a request, or 2) by completing the After Hours Lighting/HVAC Request form and submitting it to the ITC Management office. Both methods require at least one business day's notice to schedule the request accordingly. Unscheduled requests can be addressed by placing a call to the ITC Security Console at 704-388-1218. Building security will then perform a manual override of the HVAC systems to facility the request. Please note that unscheduled requests can be activated for periods up to six hours at a time.
Lighting
Lighting will be provided during normal hours of operation, which is from 6am-7pm (Monday - Friday). All scheduled after lighting requests can be activated by the following means:

Holidays
The building is closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. It is necessary to use your ITC access badge to gain entry during building holidays.
